After a good night sleep at the Nile Hilton and a good breakfast the next morning, we found ourselves starting our first day off at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. It was located directly behind our hotel. The amount of artifacts they have on display was very impressive. We were able to view King Tut's burial mask and their world famous Mummy Room.
Our trip not only begun in Cairo, but ended there as well. On our last day in the city we got to visit a bunch of cool temples, mosques, churches and a kick ass bazaar. If there were any souvenirs left to buy this was the day to do it. That night our entire tour group got together for an impromptu last dinner. Everyone got along very well and it made for an enjoyable trip.
